Here is some of the rust we've cut out. By the end my mechanic and I were thinking we might have enough rust to fill a wheelbarrow...These sections are from the rusted support rail.

Finally some progress in the right direction! Here the inner rocker has been patched. There is another piece that covers this section, but it was important to patch this inner section because this channel is where the heat for the defrost travels! VWs ar
